When we came to Brenda we told her what we were looking for and the time frame we had in mind.  Essentially, we wanted a home yesterday!  She really went out of her way to work for us and had homes for us to look at during every free moment we had.  In her attention to detail and the ability to build a healthy relationship between the builder and ourselves, we were able to move forward quickly and close in record time.

Never in any circumstance were we pressured on what we should or shouldn't do; instead the offering of advice was communicated clearly by Brenda in regards to the pros and the cons of our decisions.  All of our experiences with Brenda were quite positive and the outcome was favorable.

Having moved to the area from out-of-state, we had limited experience in the local real estate market.  Brenda made sure that ll of our questions and concerns were addressed from the beginning and she was always readily available during the weeks that followed.  She put us at ease and reassured us countless times during what could have been a stressful time in our lives.  We never had a problem getting in touch with her, and her quick responses to even the most trivial and mundane questions were handled professionally -- and with a smile.

During the home inspection it was comforting to be able to utilize a home inspection company that she referred knowing that she had our best interest at heart.

Brenda facilitated the transactions tremendously by being 'hands-on' throughout the entire process.  Her knowledge, experience and professionalism in the real estate market are outstanding.  The service that Brenda and her team provided was unsurpassed and we would be comfortable in recommending her to our colleagues, friends and family.

Brenda did an excellent job for us.  Being from out of town, we were short on time when trying to find a home to purchase.  She spent two solid days taking us through dozens of properties (on a holiday weekend).  She was extremely organized and efficient with our search.  We found the perfect property and she took over from there.  She handled everything in a timely fashion, constantly updating us on the next steps to come.  She knew what needed to be done and took care of it before we even had to ask.  She took it upon herself to send us pictures of the items the home inspector made note of.  That was extremely helpful and unexpected.  We were able to see exactly what the inspector was talking about, without having to be there.  She has a great personality, which is important when you spend two solid days in a vehicle together.  We would recommend her to anyone.

Coldwell Banker Adams Realty:

In July 2006 my wife and I came to the Tri City area looking for a home to buy as we had sold our home in Cut Bank, MT.  We had decided on the Tri City area as it would put us some what in the middle of our children, grandchildren and my wife's sister and family.

We had less then a week to look for a home suitable to us.  We called Brenda and told her about the time we would be arriving in the Tri City area.  We spent our first day looking at several homes we had told Brenda that we wanted to look at, none of which ended up being very appealing to us.  At the end of the day Brenda said she would do some research and would meet with us Saturday morning, reassuring us that we would find a home we would be happy with.

As it turned out, she was right.  After showing us some more homes we were able to find a home we wanted.  We told her to make an offer for us on this particular house.  Brenda then negotiated for us with the seller until we came to an agreed on price.

Brenda had already put us in contact with a lender so that we were pre-approved before making the offer which made the entire process go much smoother.

Our encounter with Brenda Berk was a very pleasant experience.  She was very kind, knowledgeable, pleasant and knows her business very well.
